Tyler Seguin- NHL Score: Boston Bruins 6 and Buffalo Sabres 2

Tyler Seguin scored a pair of goals Brad Marchand three points as the Boston Bruins dominated the visiting Buffalo Sabres 6-2 on Saturday en route to their fifth straight win.

Rich Peverley and Chris Kelly each collected a goal and an assist and Tim Thomas made 21 saves for the Bruins, who have amassed 30 goals in their last five games after managing just 22 in their first 10.

Boston is now over .500 (8-7-0) for the first time this season and has outscored its opponents 30-10 in November.

The Sabres actually had the lead at one point, when Thomas Vanek got his own rebound and glanced it off Thomas’ back from behind the net in the first period.

The Bruins came alive in the second period, knotting it when Peverley slid his fourth tally between Ryan Miller’s pads.

Seguin was up next, taking a feed from Marchand on a 2-on-1 break and tapping it in. Boston ended Miller’s night just 16 seconds later when Nathan Horton converted a 2-on-1 break at the 13:45 mark of the second.

Jhonas Enroth was not much better, as Kelly, Seguin and Marchand each beat Buffalo’s backup in a span of less than five minutes in the third.

p> Seguin has seven goals in the last four games, bumping his season total to 11.
